Our ideal candidate is a self-starter looking to begin a career in sales. You are someone that loves to win and is willing to get creative to do so. You see failure as the greatest teacher. You take the time to understand why you failed, look to get better next time and move on to the next opportunity. This role is an essential component to our growth team. You will be responsible for getting our team in front of potential new clients. We are open to fully remote, hybrid, or in-person work. We have offices located in Edina, Chicago, and Phoenix.
Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of B2B sales or related experience
  • Experience working in software / technology / consulting related field

What Things Will You Do As A Nerd?

  • Pipeline growth - More quality opportunities
  • Directly generate, intercept, qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities
  • Lead management - Most relevant experience
  • Primary point of contact to ensure experience for the prospect is exceptional whether they qualify or not, through relay of lead information, and careful internal or external handoff
  • Sales operations - Most efficient process and visibility
  • Partner with revenue operations to monitor and optimize use of process, platforms and performance reporting

What Skills Will Help You Be A Successful Nerd?

  • Netsuite CRM (or other B2B CRM) experience is preferred
  • Eloqua or SalesLoft (or other B2B marketing automation) experience is preferred
  • Experienced in using online research and data appending tools
  • Proficient with G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
